NOTE TO PARENTS:
Camp commences and gates open at 8.30am.
Day ends at 5pm (Parents please note there is no supervision before or after this time).
We would like to get a lot more parents involved in Camp. Help is required each day in giving out morning snacks, preparing the lunch for instructors and supervising the children during lunch time. We need parents to help put up and take down fences and the biggest job of the week is helping to clean up on the Friday. The onus is on each member and parent to remover all their property brought into camp and that the stables are empty of bedding, ready to be power hosed which now has to be done after every camp. Helping is a great chance to meet other parents, your children's friends and for us all to get to know one another. There will be an information board this year at the main gate to keep you updated on the daily events of Camp life. Prize giving on each Friday of Camp will be at 4pm.
